Lotus Soul Points are our way of giving back to you.
You earn points through purchases and actions, and redeem them for discounts, gifts, and special perks.
How do I earn points?
- Create an account: 50 points
- Place an order: 1 point per $1 spent
- Follow on social media: 50 points
- Leave a review: 100 points
- Birthday gift: 200 points
How do I redeem my points?
- Click the Rewards / Lotus Soul Points button on the bottom corner of the website.
- Log in to your account.
- Choose a reward you’d like to redeem (for example: $5 off, $10 off, etc.).
- A discount code is automatically generated for you to use at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Your points do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Can I combine Lotus Soul Points with other discounts?
No, only one discount code can be used at checkout at a time.
But you can save your points and redeem a bigger reward if you prefer!
What happens if I return an item?
If an item is returned, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
Where can I see my point balance?
Click the Rewards / Lotus Soul Points button on the bottom corner of this page and log in — your balance will be displayed instantly.
You can also redeem your points directly at checkout.
